- Fulfillment Partners: When orders are fulfilled by our distribution partner Accutome dba Keeler USA, we share order and shipping details necessary to complete fulfillment.
- Legal & Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our customers and the public.
- Business Transfers: If Justice Ophthalmics is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
SMS / Mobile Messaging Data — No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS content with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS data is shared only with Twilio (our messaging carrier) as strictly necessary to deliver and receive your messages.
4. SMS & Mobile Messaging Program
Justice Ophthalmics operates an SMS messaging program for existing and prospective customers. The program covers two-way customer support, order intake, order confirmation, shipping notifications, product availability and pricing replies, and low-volume internal account alerts to authorized operators.
4.1 Opting In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:
- Texting our published business number listed on this Site (such as the number shown on our home page or contact page);
- Submitting your mobile phone number via a Site signup or contact form that includes the SMS-consent disclosure described below; or
- Providing your number directly to a Justice Ophthalmics representative during account setup.
By providing your mobile phone number through any of the above methods, you agree to receive order-related, customer-service, and account-notification SMS messages from Justice Ophthalmics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
4.2 Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or any of: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message we send you. After we receive your opt-out request, we will send a final confirmation message and will not send you further marketing or notification SMS messages. Opt-out applies only to the SMS program; it does not affect order communications by phone or email.

5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain customer accounts, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order, invoice, and tax records are typically retained for at least seven (7) years. SMS message logs are retained for up to three (3) years for compliance and customer-service quality purposes.

We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and vendor due-diligence on service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access & Correction: You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you by emailing chad@justiceop.com.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to retention obligations described in Section 5.
- SMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time (see Section 4.2).
- Cookies: Adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies. Some Site features may stop working.
