- Account information: your name, practice or company name, doctor name, professional license number, email address, phone and fax numbers, billing and shipping addresses, and your account password.
- Order information: the products you order, shipping address, contact name and phone number for the order, purchase order number, order notes, and your order history.
- Messages and forms: what you send us by email or through the Site’s contact form, referral form, or practice calculator, including any contact details you enter for a practice you refer to us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Server logs: when you visit the Site, our hosting provider records standard request information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request.
- Browser storage: the Site keeps your sign-in session, the email address you signed in with, and your cart in your browser’s local storage, so you stay signed in and your cart is saved between visits. It keeps your most recent order number in your browser’s session storage, which clears when you close the browser tab. The Site does not use advertising or analytics trackers. You can clear this storage in your browser settings; you will then need to sign in again, and your cart will be emptied.
- Outside services that load on the Site: the Site’s fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, so when a page loads, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. The signup page uses Cloudflare’s bot check to stop automated signups, so Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser information when you sign up. Each company handles that information under its own privacy policy.
1.3 Information from Others
We may receive order status and shipping details from Keeler USA and from shipping carriers about orders placed through the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and invoices by email.
- Respond to your questions, price quote requests, and support requests.
- Maintain your account, your payment terms, and your order history.
- Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, or abuse of the Site.
- Improve the Site and our services.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:
- Service providers: companies that help us run the Site, namely web hosting (Netlify), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), font delivery (Google Fonts), bot protection on the signup page (Cloudflare), and shipping carriers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Order fulfillment: Keeler USA processes, ships and invoices every order placed through the Site. Justice Apex Inc, which runs the Site’s technology, handles the order information needed to pass your order to Keeler USA.
- Legal and compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our customers and the public.
- Business transfers: if Keeler USA or Justice Apex Inc is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain customer accounts, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order, invoice, and tax records are typically kept for at least seven (7) years.
5. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and vendor due-diligence on service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and correction: you may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing chad@justiceop.com.
- Deletion: you may ask us to delete your account and associated personal information, subject to the record retention described in Section 4.
- Browser storage: you can clear the Site’s stored data in your browser settings at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for licensed eye-care professionals, businesses, and adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
